This customised modular luxury villa is 290 m² in size and consists of a single floor, an oasis of comfort and sophistication. It has an additional building called “Pool House”, which complements the main house and creates an atmosphere of unrivalled luxury.

The contemporary design and industrialised modular construction represent a reinterpretation of recognisable, classic and proven Mediterranean architecture. The exterior finish, such as the white, single-layer mortar, emphasises the identity and vernacular tradition of the residential buildings in this villa. The arrangement of the volumes gives the ensemble of main house and guest house a clearly avant-garde character.

Comfort and functionality in this modular home

The centrepiece of this luxury villa, designed on a single floor with an “M” shaped structure, is the meticulous layout that offers panoramic views of the lush garden from every corner. The strategic arrangement of the rooms ensures that natural light floods the entire living area.

Upon entering the house, we are greeted by a living room and a spacious kitchen that are clearly separated but connected. Both have access to a magnificent veranda that overlooks an impressive landscape with garden and swimming pool. The master suite, which occupies an entire wing, guarantees unrivalled privacy.

A luxury home with design

Equipped with an office, a dressing room and a bathroom with a spectacular bathtub, the suite opens onto a private outdoor enclave where an outdoor shower offers a particularly pleasant retreat in the summer months.

Beyond this area, through a well-designed hallway, we discover three double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, while next to the kitchen is a cosy single bedroom. The villa houses a separate guest house, affectionately known as the ‘pool house’. This features a bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a living area, all orientated to offer stunning views of the exquisite garden and pool.

The landscaping of the property, under the direction of Studio Rocío Sainz de Rozas, offers a unique sensory experience. The climbing plants are the main protagonists, surrounded by generous green spaces.

In just six hours, the imposing luxury villa in modular construction was realised in Sotogrande. The modules, skilfully transported from the Villen inHAUS factory to their final destination, came together to form a new residence that no one could miss. A milestone in the speed and efficiency of construction that left everyone in awe of the creation of this new home.

The owners, a business couple with frequent international travels, chose Villas inHAUS for their home because they wanted the assurance of a controlled environment with strict quality standards and the best features.

This luxury villa, which is their second home, should be a place to relax and spend time with their family. For this reason, the connection with the surroundings was prioritised in the planning, as it is essential for family and friends to come together.

Plan and layout

Comfort at one level

The careful choice of soft tones, accentuated by dark carpentry, leads to a harmonious integration with the impressive native vegetation, creating a connection between the architecture and the surrounding nature.

Inside the house, every detail has been carefully considered, paying particular attention to the aesthetic preferences of the owners. Distinctive elements such as the imposing rustic doors, which have been authentically and carefully restored, dominate the main rooms and emphasise the uniqueness that characterises this house.
